Our leaders are critical to each and every trip. Boonton's Troop 1 is lucky to have over a dozen adult leaders to steer the direction and vision of the troop. Our committee is comprised of many functions designed to support the troop's many activities and individuals. We are thankful to have such dedicated support. The Troop uses 2 deep leadership, all our leaders are trained in Youth Protection and have had background checks.
